Less and less people can really relax and come to rest. They lose themselves in the one-sided and constant attitude of doing and making, thinking and fighting, worrying and planning. 


This causes ailments such as shortness of breath, insomnia, headaches, muscle aches, exhaustion and burn-out. 


If you want to get back to yourself, to your center and give your nervous system some peace and relaxation, then I invite you to my group breathing evenings.


This gives you the opportunity to listen to your inner voice and intuition.
