Trauma Work

Trauma Work NSTI®

Fears, behavioral patterns, tension and pain, physical complaints, restlessness, emotional challenges, attachment issues, boundary issues, lack of serenity, rigidity, feelings of emptiness and empty functioning, repetitive thoughts, insomnia, compulsive control, fatigue, confusion, loss of senses, concentration disorders

If trauma is not processed, the body remains in a state of alertness and becomes dysregulated.

This can lead to the aforementioned symptoms. The nervous system then enters a dysregulated cycle, making it difficult to experience or maintain calmness, serenity and confidence. The aim of trauma work using the Neurosomatic Trauma Integration (NSTI®) method is to overcome trauma reactions and trauma-specific imprints, and to calm the nervous system so that the body and mind feel safe again with regard to the issues addressed.

An intensive examination of one's body perceptions, mindfulness practice when dealing with oneself and one's environment, recognising one's imprints, and developing one's body-psychological resources can lead to holistic balance.

Co-regulation offers the opportunity to make new experiences of connection, acceptance and compassion.

Also suitable for children aged 6 and above.

If your children suffer from anxiety, restlessness, concentration problems, or sleep issues, NSTI® can help.

Trauma is more than just a mental wound. It affects you deeply, impacting both your body and psyche.

Developmental traumas influence how we perceive the world in later life.

Trauma can develop through shocks or through constant stress and inadequate experiences in the first years of life.

Tension, a protective posture or numbness are often unconscious reactions to past stress.

Integrating trauma strengthens one's ability to establish inner stability and form new relationships.

Co-regulation enables new experiences of connectedness, acceptance and compassion.
